This is the fastest and most simple morning pancake muffin mix recipe, yet!

Do you have a pancake mix at home?  I'm sure even Bisquick would work?  Great!

This recipe will make 12 muffins and you can add to or subtract any ingredients you desire!

I just wanted to make these fast so I preheated my oven to 400.

Hi Everyone!  I was born in Michigan but I grew up in Arizona.  I have also lived in New Mexico, Oregon, Missouri, and traveled most of the 50 states living a fifth wheel full time for 3 years with my husband and our 2 kids and lived out of a back pack and a carry on in Europe, twice.  I love to travel, make new friends, and share new experiences.  What's a favorite place you've been to I should add to my list?  ✈️
