This is the fastest and most simple morning pancake muffin mix recipe, yet!

This recipe will make 12 muffins and you can add to or subtract any ingredients you desire!
I just wanted to make these fast so I preheated my oven to 400.
Then, I mixed the following ingredients together, poured them into my 12 butter oiled muffin cups in the tray, and baked them for 15 minutes. (Check earlier if you want them less or more baked and adjust so you pull them out when a toothpick comes out clean.)
Ingredients to add to a bowl:
2 cups pancake mix
1 cup milk
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup walnuts
1 TBSP baking soda
1 TBSP baking powder
1 TBSP vanilla
Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt
Add 2 cracked eggs
Add 1 TBSP Agave Syrup
Add 4 drops of Stevia Liquid
1 chopped up banana
Mix all together with a spoon until powders mix in.
(Add more liquid to get a thick but not soupy liquid so it's easy to pour.
Add to your muffin cups and bake.
Can add chocolate chips prior to baking or whatever else you wish!
Additions or substitutions to make them your own are always welcome.
I am remembering this the best I can from throwing this together this morning. These are not super sweet but more for protein so you may want to add some sugar or warm them up and serve them with butter and jelly is you like sweet.
I'm sweet enough! LOL
Please let me know if you like these and how yours turn out!
This is your community so I look forward to seeing your recipes.
Hugs,
Trina
