🐝 I Have A Secret . . .
Remind Jon Gunzel to share about... this one time...when he thought the bees were all out of the hives and he went to feed them...it's always those moments when we aren't videoing, right?
🐻 Things are pretty quiet in the bee yard this time of year.
I have mite treatment of some kind in most of the hives to manage Varoa mites and need to get some more sugar syrup feed on top, but I've been too busy this week.
Fortunately, it seems like everything is blooming right now so they are doing OK without my interference.

Have you tried doing a taste test between local honey from your area and a store bought brand? If so, what did you notice?
🐝 90,000 babees . . .
Did you know a queen bee can lay up to 9,000 eggs on 1 frame?
That means, in a standard 10 frame box she could lay 90,000 eggs!
That's a LOT of baby bees.
