Have you been to Kansas City, Missouri?
Hey Everyone! I have been doing a personal wellness retreat for 30 days up in Kansas City. As part of being up here, I'm working with a Functional Health Specialist, really tuning into what my body needs to calm my nervous system and have completely overhauled my eating habits. By doing this, I am getting the inflammation and chronic pain out of my body, seeing what I need for this stage of my life, and really setting some next level life goals. 🚙 Life On The Road (with kids edition)
Did you know we did a FULL TIME RV Trip with the 4 of us?
We traveled the USA for 3 and a half years together. We saw 38 new states and made over 1,000 new friends all over the country.
It wasn't a decision we made lightly and it wasn't easy but it was the best time of our lives so far. (I always believe our best days are ahead of us so I wouldn't be surprised if we top it soon)

Show Off Your Favorite Destination!
Show a picture from a trip you loved! This is in Oregon at Crater Lake. The snow had just thawed enough and the park was open. It was breathtaking! Take a picnic and make the trip!
3 Years On The Road!
We traveled full time with our kids for 3 years in our fifth wheel to most of the 50 states and took them to Europe twice. It was an incredible time to make memories together, teach them around the world through experiences, and help a lot of people.

Have you been to Kansas City, Missouri?

I am so very grateful my son and daughter in love moved up here and I am able to help them get moved into their new place and spend this sweet time with them prepping for their baby. My son wanted me to teach him how to fish, not give him a fish, so we have been working on he and his wife's businesses and they are going to be in excellent shape! Thank you to all of you who have been checking in on me, sending me love, prayers, and kindness. I am speaking healing, love and light over myself and partnered with the Greatest Healer I know: God. So, I am in the best hands! Â
If you ever get up this way, you have to check out the following places: Union Station for the history, events, and Sunday brunch!!! The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art (Admission is free every day you can visit often and the sculpture gardens are fantastic), also, the iconic Kansas City Public Library (My books will be in there soon!!!), also the Whole Food Experience! It's incredible! They even have a jazz band come in on Friday nights and you can buy fresh shucked oysters for only $1! It is a complete shop, sip, and eat store with fresh and amazing ingredients and even ready made food you can buy take home or buy there! There are so many ballets, theaters, events, and huge events here! It's truly amazing with an International Airport so it's fun to explore! Â
We have traveled to so many amazing places as a family and know the best places to eat, play, experience and make memories with your loved ones. Â
