🥬🍏Crunchy Harvest Salad

I wanted to change up my summer salad and it turneded out amazing!

Ingredients:

Chop up:
2 green apples
2 bell peppers
1 green chili pepper
1 banana pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 peeled cucumber
4 fresh basil leaves

Mix together in Medium salad bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and olive oil.

Mix and enjoy!

Add 6 cups of water to a soup pot and set temperature to Medium high.

Add 3 dried bay leaves.

Rinse, peel, and chop up 3 carrots then add to soup.

Add 1 can of cooked chicken with juice (or I cook a chicken separately and then just add cooked chopped chicken that has no skin, bones or fat on it)

You can add 1 chopped celery and 1 small chopped onion if you wish. (This time I did not)

🍴Easy, Healthy, Breakfast That Tastes Great!

What's your favorite breakfast recipe? 

I am enjoying taking a cup of chia seeds and either adding then to smashed bananas or a cup of coconut milk then letting them soak in a mason jar overnight. 

I top with fresh berries and nuts in the morning for breakfast for a treat.

Walnuts
Crackers
Salami
Sliced peppers
Cauliflower dip
Tomatoes
